SKM PROGRAMME
The SKM Culinary Arts Programme is designed to develop skilled and professional talent for the food and hospitality industry. Through a combination of hands-on training, industry-based learning, and practical kitchen operations, students are trained in food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and the professional culinary standards required in real working environments. Graduates of this programme can pursue careers as chefs, professional culinary staff, or entrepreneurs in the food industry.
